Apologies for the ***** it’s bloody cold ! Needs must ! No idea when I get to race but training continues, hopefully heater arrives soon and I can stay in there for a bit longer , it’s not going to replace swimming but will at least keep shoulder health ! Hope everyone is keeping safe and getting through as best you can !
