AG profile: Keeping it in the family for Kilkenny
Three generations of age-group triathletes at Hyde Park finals
As the age-group sprint distance finals take place here at Hyde Park in London today (13 September), we chanced upon a charming story of three generations of triathletes taking part, all from Kilkenny Triathlon Club in southern Ireland.
Youngest of the three are Liam Carey and Jack Molloy, taking part in the 16-19 AG race earlier today; starting slightly later were their fathers Eoin and Tony Molloy, racing in the 35-39 AG category; and finally grandfather John Molloy, racing in the 70-74 AG category.
