Blue Seventy Sprint

The Sprint has a robust and high-quality feel, as you’d expect from one of the most established players in the market place (Blue Seventy used to be Ironman Wetsuits).

It’s neither one of the lightest suits here nor does it sport any particularly ‘special’ features, but it still does a solid all-round job when it comes to flexibility, buoyancy and warmth.

In fact, the limb lengths are some of the most generous of all the suits on test, which would be great for colder conditions. However, if speeding through transition is more important than warmth, you can easily cut these down yourself.

Similar in construction to the Orca, it does have a grade of flexible neoprene in the underarm sections that isn’t hydrodynamically coated, but, with generally thicker panels, buoyancy is very good indeed. All in all, the Sprint is a dependable and tough product.
