Review: Endura Airshell bike helmet

Just lacks a little in looks, but still a really nice, well-priced lid

Review: Endura Airshell bike helmet

It might look slightly less refined than other helmets we test, but the Airshell scores very highly on comfort. It sits quite low on the head, there’s plenty of padding inside and it weighs in at a creditable 230g for our M/L.

The carbon cross-bridges on our glossy white version were a nice-looking touch, and although the retention system does look a little rough around the edges it does its job well, plus the ratchet is easy to adjust.

It also has three different up/down positions, so you won’t have any problems finding a comfortable fit. Ventilation is excellent and the 24 vents channel air through the helmet superbly, making it a good choice for even the hottest days.

You can’t argue with the price either, as at sub-£90 it comfortably outperforms some significantly more expensive competition.
