Online retailer looking for your feedback

Online bike retailer Wiggle.co.uk has unveiled changes to its website. Customers browsing the award-winning site are now able to read and write reviews of thousands of products, listing pros and cons and ranking them for overall satisfaction, quality, value and performance.

The concept has already proven to be hugely popular – more than 10,000 reviews were posted by shoppers within days of its launch.

Steve Mills, Wiggle’s Web Manager, said: “We sent out an email to customers asking them if they’d like to review recent purchases and we were absolutely amazed by the response. There are now more than 15,000 reviews on our site.”

Top rated products so far include the Cateye Strada Wireless Cycle Computer, Endura Road Overshoes, dhb Merston Bib Tights, Continental Ultra Gator Duraskin Tyres and the Charge Spoon Cromo Rail Saddle.

Customers can also upload their own photos and videos, ask questions and leave answers on product pages.

The changes were introduced to help make customers’ buying decisions easier.

All customers who write a review will be entered into a draw to win a Focus bike worth £749.

“Good, bad or indifferent – for every review you leave us you’ll have a chance to win,” said Steve. “We’re really excited about reading our customer reviews, it’s your chance to have your say.”
