WatersideTri 2012 biggest yet with Challenge, Middle and 3/4 Iron races

This just in from Dengie Events about their plans for the 2012 WatersideTri…

For 2012 WatersideTri will intoduce two new events alongside the Long Distance Classic 3/4 Ironman (2.4km swim, 121km cycle, 30km run), which proved so popular in 2011.

The Middle distance event will take place over a 1.6km swim, 82km cycle, 20km run and the Challenge distance will take place over a 800m swim, 43km cycle and 10km run.

WatersideTri is now open for entries and will take place in Bradwell Waterside, Essex CM0 7RB on 12 August 2012.

WatersideTri is set on the quiet and scenic Essex marshes with a river swim at Bradwell Marina, a beautiful and virtually traffic free cycle course, and an inspirational run around the sea wall and Bradwell Waterside providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere with excellent support. This unique event is ideal preparation for iron-distance triathlon or for anyone in search of a new challenge!
