Team Dillon – the training outfit that won three gold medals at the 2010 World Triathlon Age-Group Championships in Budapest – is holding a Weekend Warrior Training camp at Loughborough University and surrounding areas on the weekend of 6-7 November, 2010.
The cost for the training camp is £275 per person, which will also include pool lane hire. Team Dillon will also provide you with links to local B&B's. Each person will be responsible for booking their own accommodation for the weekend.
The camp will include:
- Daily swim sessions
- Long ride/run
- Hard run session
- Group discussion
- Nutrition talk with Team Dillon nutritionist Barry Murray

- Training with the current 220 Triathlon coach of the year Michelle Dillon
