Details of Sportstest's autumn training camp in Spain

Due to popular demand, Sportstest is holding an autumn training camp in conjunction with Train in Spain.
- While this will be a cycle camp, Sportstest believe it will be equally beneficial to middle and long distance triathletes looking to extend the good riding weather, and start the foundations of winter base fitness.
As well as the excellent riding in the Costa Blanca, Dr Garry Palmer of Sportstest will also be delivering a number of seminars to the riding group.
