New middle-distance race

The Sperrin Half to take place in May

Tri Limits has announced a new race for May, the Sperrin Half. The event will take place on 8th May 2010 at Lough Fea, which has played host to many of their previous races.

The swim for the Sperrin Half takes place in Lough Fea, the first race to ever be allowed to swim in the sheltered crystal clear waters. The run and bike course follow the roads and lanes in and around the scenic Lough. The track is a good mixture of a flat and fast path: with rolling hills providing an excellent challenge for the athlete.
