What's your favourite off-road running route? Apparel makers Berghaus asked their sponsored athletes that very question, and came up with six superb routes to be found in the Lake District, North York Moors, Snowdonia and Scotland.
Offering key data from each route – including miles, key features, the average time it takes to compete the course and comparative calories each run would burn – the infographic also shows how the altitude of each run compares to the height of the London Eye, Leaning Tower of Pisa, Big Ben and the Angel of the North.
