Hampstead Heath’s Mixed Pond open to triathletes

For the first time since 1860, Hampstead Heath’s Mixed Pond, located in the heart of London, is available as an open-water venue to triathletes of all abilities

For the first time since 1860, Hampstead Heath’s Mixed Pond, located in the heart of London, is available as an open-water venue to triathletes of all abilities.

Tri specific swim sessions start on Thursday 17th June from 7 pm to 8.30 pm. This pond is an ideal location to prepare for London Triathlon in the Docklands and the Dextro Energy ITU World Series in Hyde Park.

Sessions will include specific open water drills and intervals which will improve your open water stroke performance and increase your overall swim fitness. The pond is located near East Heath Road, Hampstead, London, NW3.
