Fancy a diet analysis?

We're looking for two triathletes to provide their weekly food intake for our nutritionist to analyse

Is your diet more that of Homer Simpson than Jodie Stimpson? Think quinoa’s an island off South America? Carb-load with a curry the night before a race? Well, we want to hear from you.

We’re on the hunt for two athletes, one male and female, to (truthfully!) share their average weekly diet and training regime, plus their typical race-day diet. We will then ask a professional sports nutritionist to provide their analysis and suggestions on how best to overhaul the chosen diets and optimise their training/racing/fuelling regime.

Simply email our Features Ed at matthew.baird@immediate.co.uk with a brief outline of your weekly diet and a few words about your tri experience to date.

We look forward to hearing from you!
