Experts to lead 220Hub at Tri Show

With this year's Triathlon Show fast approaching, we've asked some of the sport's top coaches to get involved in a new feature for 2014, called 220Hub.

Hosted downstairs in the new Performance & Nutrition Zone, the 220Hub will host informal drop-in sessions where you can ask for advice from people like 220 Triathlon contributor Andy Blow, tri coach Mark Kleanthous, biomechanist Clifton Bradeley and many more.

The full schedule currently runs as follows (subject to change):

Friday 28 February:

2:15pm - 3:15pm: Andy Sexton, BikeScience
4:45pm - 5:45pm: Sports scientists Andy Blow & Joel Enoch, & pro athletes (TBC)

Saturday 1 March:

10:15am - 11:15am: Clifton Bradeley, podiatrist and biomechanist
11:30am - 12:30pm: Mark Kleanthous, coach and multiple Ironman finisher
12:45pm - 1:45pm: Terry Laughlin, founder of Total Immersion Swimming
3pm - 4pm: Andy Sexton, BikeScience

Sunday 2 March:

10:15am - 11:15am: Clifton Bradeley, podiatrist and biomechanist

The Triathlon Show (acquired by 220 Triathlon publisher Immediate Media last year) will take place on 28 February to 2 March at Sandown Park in Surrey.
