C4 to show Long Course Weekend highlights
Triathlon's assault on TV screens continues

Welsh triathlon event the Long Course Weekend will be hitting UK television screens this Saturday, with Channel 4 broadcasting highlights from 7.30am.
The show will include race commentary from Patrick Winterton and athlete interviews from the event, which took place on 11-13 July.
C4 will also be showing highlights of the Outlaw 2013 event the following day (Sunday 1st September), in which over 1,000 competitors tackled a 3.8km swim, a 180km bike ride and a 42km run.
Other triathlon events that have made it onto C4's early morning schedule in the past few weeks include the London Tri and Ironman UK.
