Blenheim Tri sells out in nine weeks
Over 7,000 places go in record time
General entry sales to next year’s Blenheim Triathlon have sold out, with over 7,000 places going in a record time of just nine weeks, according to the organisers.
The 2014 event has seen a big rise in demand for female places, with Female Sprint and Super Sprint waves selling out in just three weeks for the 2014 event on 7-8 June.
The new Weekend Warriors category meanwhile sold out in two weeks, with all 20 places snapped up by entrants keen to attempt as many triathlons as possible over the two days.
