There are now just 200 places left for the Big East Triathlon in Bradwell-on-Sea (Essex) this May, according to organisers.
Taking place around the Essex marshes on 11 May, the popular early season event offers a choice of middle distance (1.6km swim/82km bike/20km run) or challenge distance (800m/43km/10km) and is open to individual athletes as wells relay teams.
Last year's middle distance winners were Darren Jenkins and Catherine Faux (who put in a storming performance at Kona last year), while the challenge distance was won by Oliver Milk and Amy Pritchard.
