Just in from the States are these Hüma energy gels made from entirely natural ingredients, including the superfood Chia seeds for extra energy.
They are billed as gluten-free and vegan-friendly and come in four flavours: Strawberry, Apple & Cinnamon, Mangoes, and Blueberries.
“When we launched in the US in November 2012, every other energy gel out there contained ingredients unfamiliar to anyone who wasn’t a chemist,” says Hüma founder Ian McCollum.
That certainly doesn’t seem to be the case with these Hüma energy gels, which are made entirely from fruit puree, evaporated juice, filtered water, brown rice syrup, ground chia seeds, citric acid, and sea salt.
