Cannondale Windfront

Typically for Cannondale, these gloves aren’t cheap, but the extra money isn’t wasted. The water and windproof fabric shrugs off serious showers and properly arctic, frosty morning descents before cold or wet creeps through.

There’s very little sweat build-up and the long cuffs give a good wrist sealing. There’s useful reflectivity on your little finger, and a full forefinger and thumb snotwipe for plenty of slug trail action. In short, these gloves stayed perfectly comfy from below freezing to balmy ‘snowdrops-might-
be-out-soon’ sorties.

Despite a simpler cut than the Gore’s, fit is still good with no tight spots or bagginess. Reinforced palm pad and fingertips add grip and longevity to already excellent Cannondale build quality, while a clip keeps them together through the laundry. One of the best cold-weather gloves we’ve tried.
