Emily Kier
Nutritionist
Emily Kier is a nutritionist with a demonstrated history of working in the health, wellness and fitness industry. She has been awarded an MSc in nutrition and a BSc in sports biomedicine and nutrition. Emily has worked for the leading sports dietician Renee McGregor since June 2020. She helps her clients to gain a better understanding of nutrition, exercise, habits and belief systems. She has set up a successful blog and brand, Twice the Health, which she runs with her best friend Hannah. They've gone on to run ultramarathons in The Grand Canyon, The Great Ocean Road, The Great Wall of China, and the UK. In more recent years she has taken to long-distance triathlons.
