Ellie Shepherd

Ellie Shepherd is a rehab, hand and Pilates physiotherapist at Six Physio, Finchley Rd. After graduating from Cardiff University, Ellie began working with the NHS in Swansea Bay, primarily based on the covid wards. Following this, she then moved back home to Northern Ireland where she worked as a self-employed physiotherapist from a private clinic, treating MSK patients and taking Pilates classes. Since beginning her career, Ellie has specialised in the assessment and treatment of a variety of MSK conditions, in particular of the hand and wrist. She also has APPI levels 1 & 2 in order to teach Pilates and has completed a level 4 diploma in sports massage.
