Annie Hollest

Annie is the head open-water swim coach at triswimcoaching.com, specialising in freestyle technique correction, overcoming phobias, triathlon and open-water swimming, exercise prescription/training and nutrition.

She studied sports and exercise science and psychology at Oxford Brookes University before training as a triathlon and swimming coach. She then spent a few years helping Oxford Tri Club, where her passion for open-water coaching developed.

She’s also worked for Swim Smooth, which included helping to create and deliver British Triathlon coach education; development of the new ASA Level 2 open-water swimming coaching qualification; and designing and writing training plans and online content.

She balances coaching with being a mum of three and co-directing the well-being consultancy business, Evolve Wellbeing Group.
