Ironman triathlon training plans are intensive, long-term programs designed to prepare athletes for the full Ironman distance: a 3.8 km swim, 180 km bike ride, and 42.2 km marathon run. Most plans span 20–30 weeks and progressively build endurance, strength, speed, and mental resilience through structured swim, bike, run, recovery, and nutrition sessions.
