Topeak WhiteLite HP 2W

A robust single light with a two watt LED and a Lithium Ion battery that fits neatly on top of a bike stem. It was powerful, gave a surprisingly wide beam and was suitable for countryside use.

The battery pack and light unit both have solid, easy to assemble mounts, onto which the light and battery click on and off easily. The instructions are tricky to follow, with the single-button operating sequence being easier to understand once the light is assembled.

Additional features, like coloured lights indicating operational mode are neat, as is the battery’s safety tank that provides a 30-minute reserve at one watt of power.
