Get personalised triathlon coaching, but without the cost, by using the Transition app

Whether you’re training for a sprint, Olympic, 70.3, Ironman, or multiple races across a season, Transition is an AI triathlon coaching app built to take the guesswork out of training.

Sponsored: Transition builds and adapts your swim, bike, run, strength, and nutrition plan in one place. Your plan updates around real life: missed workouts, recovery, travel, and upcoming races. It also connects with the tools triathletes already use, including Garmin, Wahoo, Apple Watch, Zwift, Rouvy, Strava, and smart trainers.

Put simply? It’s the experience of having a triathlon coach in your pocket, without paying hundreds per month for private coaching.

Everything is included at no extra cost: adaptive training plans, multi-race planning, smart trainer support, device sync, and nutrition coaching. We’re building the all-in-one training solution for triathletes.
