Team Dillon Weekend Warrior training camp

Unique chance to train with 220 Coach of the Year, Michelle Dillon, and Stuart Hayes, winner of the 2010 Kitzbühel World Championship Series race

Team Dillon – the training outfit that won three gold medals at the 2010 World Triathlon Age-Group Championships in Budapest – is holding a Weekend Warrior Training camp at Loughborough University and surrounding areas on the weekend of 6-7 November, 2010.

The cost for the training camp is £275 per person, which will also include pool lane hire. Team Dillon will also provide you with links to local B&B’s. Each person will be responsible for booking their own accommodation for the weekend.

The camp will include:

– Daily swim sessions

– Long ride/run

– Hard run session

– Group discussion

– Nutrition talk with Team Dillon nutritionist Barry Murray

-Training alongside Stuart Hayes, winner of round six of the 2010 World Championship Series, in Kitzbühel (pictured above)

– Training with the current 220 Triathlon coach of the year Michelle Dillon

– Lots of fun!!
