Swimfest 2012 series launches with new 10km race

SwimfesT have added an Olympic distance 10km open-water swim to their 2012 calendar

SwimfesT, the open-water swim series based at Alexandra Lake in Essex has added an Olympic-distance 10km race to its schedule for 2012.



Dates for the 2012 series have been confirmed as 27 May, 15 July and 16 September, and the 10km race will be added to the current 750m, 1.5km, 3.8km and 5km distances on offer.
