Keswick Long sold out

Less than one day. That's how long it took for Keswick Long to sell out…

We’ve just heard that the Long Triathlon at next May’s Keswick Mountain Festival (KMF, 16-20 May) has sold out – in 17hrs. Capacity had been increased to 350. Which wasn’t enough by the look of it!

Meanwhile the KMF Short Triathlon, which has had its field increased by 25% to 250 participants for 2012, started taking registrations at the same time and was fully subscribed in under a week.

Last year, KMF offered an array of activities and attractions, including bushcraft activities, rock-climbing taster sessions, kayaking, bike demos and an extensive programme of guided walks.

Over the coming months the Keswick Mountain Festival team will reveal the line up and itinerary for the 2012 event, which will run from 16- 20 May. More information and updates can be found at www.keswickmountainfestival.co.uk.
