Clearwater Tri Training Camp launched

New open-water training camps in the Lake District

Managed by Adventure Challenge Solutions in conjunction with the Capernwray Diving Centre, the Clearwater series of triathlons and open-water swimming events were a huge success in 2010.

This September, you have the chance to attend the inaugural Clearwater Tri Training camp at Capernwray Diving Centre, on the edge of the beautiful Lake District. Designed for all levels of triathlete, you will receive expert tuition throughout your stay and will be accommodated in the eco-lodges of the Clearwater development. This is a fully residential package; accommodation and food included.

The training camp will include:

Specialist coaching from highly qualified and experienced coaches, led by Dr Mark Mullineaux of Personal Training and Conditioning Service.

Access to the open-water swimming venue at Capernwray Diving Centre. The sparkling spring-fed waters are officially the second cleanest in England.

Personalised nutritional plans from a highly experienced Nutritional Therapist who is a specialist in aiding triathletes with their nutritional planning.

Talks and presentations from experts in the field of elite athletic achievement.

Entry into an event, held at Capernwray on Sunday 2 October – the Capernwray Clearwater Autumn Triathlon. This will be an ideal opportunity to put your newfound skills into practice!

The Clearwater Tri Training Camp at Capernwray Diving Centre is limited to a maximum of twelve participants at a cost of £750 per head.
