20 spots left for Fambridge Half Iron

Last chance to enter Fambridge Yacht Haven Half Iron Triathlon

There are only 20 places remaining for the Fambridge Yacht Haven Half Iron Triathlon and the event looks set to sell out for the third year in a row.

The event, based near Chelmsford in Essex on 2nd June, takes place over the Half Ironman distance and consists of a 1.9km river swim, 91km cycle on the quiet and scenic Dengie peninsula and finishes with a 18km run around North Fambridge village and nature reserve with huge support from the local community.

Every entrant to The Fambridge Yacht Haven Half Iron Triathlon receives an event t-shirt, goody bag and finishers medal. Winners will receive top of the range Hi-Tec trail running shoes, Amphibia Sport Dry Mats, Zone3 gift vouchers and Zoggs prize bundles.

There is free camping for all competitors, free parking, an on-course bike mechanic, post-race massages, bag storage, changing rooms, luxury toilets, chip timing, aid stations providing Nigher Nature Performax Sport products and allowing personal supplies, a BBQ, a fantastic pub on site and a range of other event facilities and services.
