3 weekends of bespoke training trips in the Scottish Highlands for 2014

Set 90mins from both Edinburgh and Glasgow, Tri the Highlands are organising three weekends of bespoke triathlon training holidays in the Scottish Highlands this summer. The team offer both individual and group multisport packages, with open-water swimming available on the 400-year-old private estate.

Set up by two accomplished Ironmen heading for Kona 2014 and a former international Scottish rugby player, Tri the Highlands is situated in the wild and rugged central Highlands of Scotland, and are aiming to bring you the ideal structured training holiday.

Tri the Highlands offers all-inclusive bespoke training holidays for up to eight people for three days or more completely tailored to your ability. Aimed at both complete beginners or more experienced competitors, the holidays include road cycling, mixed terrain running and open-water swimming in the private loch. The accommodation is within a 5 star Victorian Shooting Lodge on the Portnellan Estate, located at the base of the famous mountain of Ben More.

Tri The Highlands is taking bookings now for weekends in April, May and June 2014. Head to their website for more: trithehighlands.com
