Transvulcania Ultra Marathon on C4 this weekend

'Transvulcania' will be shown on Channel 4 this coming Sunday, 16 June, at 7.10am

The Transvulcania Ultra Marathon takes place on La Palma in the Canaries. The 83km ultra marathon run attracts over 1,000 international runners who take on a total of 8,500m of ascent on the island’s spectacular volcanic landscape. Part of the Skyrunner World Series, the event attracts the world’s very best trail and ultra runners.

The next programmes in Channel 4’s triathlon series will be the Blenheim Triathlon on the 23 June followed by the Windsor Triathlon on 30 June.
