Set for release this week is The Beginner's Guide to Triathlon, the inaugural bookazine from 220 Triathlon

Soon to be seen jostling with the Browns and Binchys on the bookshelves is the inaugural bookazine from 220 Triathlon. Titled The Beginner’s Guide to Triathlon, the weighty tome, as the title suggests, is aimed at newbies to our wonderful sport.

The publication boasts tried-and-tested tips from the sport’s top coaches and triathletes on the three disciplines, plus added advice on nutrition, races and gear.
