Fitness 12 Retreats have announced the addition of the 2006 ITU world champion Tim Don to the Fitness 12 Team

Fitness 12 Retreats have announced the addition of the 2006 ITU world champion Tim Don to the Fitness 12 Team. Don will be combining with a collection of elite experts, coaches and athletes, dedicated towards training, conditioning and sports science.

Tim’s first act as a member of the Fitness 12 team will be to lead the Fitness 12 Triathlon Retreat on 17 June. Tim will be leading an initial training session and giving an informal seminar on the F12 Retreat explaining just what it takes to be at the top of world triathlon. The four day retreat in La Manga Club, Spain will be a testing challenge to any athlete regardless of experience, and we look forward to perusing Tim up the famous La Cala Climb.

Tim’s comfort is exaggerated in the conditions and climate of La Manga, as he states the world leading sports resort “as one of his favourite places in the world to train.”

The opportunity for triathlon enthusiasts to pit their efforts against the 2006 world champion is the first exhilarating retreat that Fitness 12 Retreats is providing the sporting public.Luxury accommodation, and stunning Spa facilities, the F12 Retreats team will make sure that every detail is taken care of, both in sporting performance and exclusive hospitality.
