Ventoux gym bag

Some genuinely useful features, but it won't hold all your tri kit

There comes a time in every athlete’s life when they need to consider graduating from plastic carrier bags to a proper sports holdall, and this new offering from Ventoux contains some genuinely useful features for the regular gym or pool goer.

An insulated pocket with built-in bottle holders keeps your beverages cool while also stopping them rolling around and marinating the rest of your kit in sticky sports drink.

A waterproof section in the main compartment handily keeps wet towels and swim kit segregated from everything else, too. There’s a padded area to slip your iPad into at one end, with spaces to organise wallet, keys and phone.

Size-wise it’s right for a swim or gym session, but realistically it lacks the capacity for your full tri kit. With that in mind, Ventoux also make an ‘Event Bag’, with a larger storage capacity.
