Compressport Pro Racing Arm Sleeve

Worth slipping on post-workout, but with race and training virtues, too

There’s one of those ‘What Triathletes Say’ videos where a girl says, “If you can compress it, why wouldn’t you?”

Do you need to compress your arms and spend £40 for the pleasure? Well, based on these arm sleeves from Compressport, we’re saying yes.

For racing and training in the UK, it’s perfectly feasible that you’ll be donning arm-warmers for early-morning starts and, on our rough roads, your arms can take a pounding.

If you’re heading to the sun, they’re cooling and provide UPF 30 sun protection.

And the recovery benefits? Leaving them on post-swim, gym or ride is no hardship and, especially after a big day mountain biking, your arms do feel less battered.

Fit is excellent with five sizes based on forearm and bicep measurements to ensure maximum compression and, despite not having silicon grippers, there’s no slipping.

The watch space is a clever touch and, considering you can easily spend £30+ on regular arm-warmers, these come recommended.
