Monster iSport Intensity earphones review

Monster has plenty of headphone kudos with its Beats by Dre range and now the American brand has an iSport range for outdoor endeavours.

While classic in-ear headphones often pop out due to sweaty lobes, the iSports address this with a trio of different-sized ‘Wings’ to choose from that hold the headphones in place.

The cable was unnecessarily long but stayed tangle-free and had the benefit of volume adjustment located above the collar.

As with all sport buds, the shell impacts on quality, making Pearl Jam sound like they were under a veil of clingfilm.

The clarity was far better away from the city. If you do crave more sound isolation, Monster offers a Victory pair with more audio punch.

Verdict: Pricey, but successfully stayed in place on extended runs, 82%
