As well as running the Safer Sea Swimming course with H20 Training, Norma is based in Scotland. With a background in competitive swimming at national level and triathlon later in life, Norma runs Immerse Hebrides with her husband Neil. Based on the Isle of Lewis, they specialise in adventure swim planning, swim excursions and training in the Hebrides.
