Consultant physiotherapist at Six Physio, Caoimhe qualified from Trinity College Dublin and has worked all over the world for her profession, including Dublin, Uganda, Singapore and London. She's worked across a wide range of environments – private and public hospitals, private clinics and gyms. She's a trained Pilates instructor and gives beginners, intermediate and antenatal classes. She's also worked pitch side for local GAA and tag rugby teams. She's a trained women’s health physio, enabling her to treat women of all ages for musculoskeletal issues, from pregnancy through to menopause.
