Now in its 4th year the Rough Track triathlon has become one of the UK’s most popular off-road multi-sport events. Rough Track is open to both male and female competitors of all abilities, who can compete in an off-road triathlon, duathlon or relay event.

Those of you who are new to triathlons will find Rough Track South an excellent entry event; it offers a manageable but exciting course where all competitors, beginners or pros have a chance of winning.
