Olympic Flame route revealed

2012 organisers reveal the route of the Olympic Torch's 70 day UK journey

The Olympic organsers have revealed the route of the Olympic Torch. The Olympic Flame will come within 10 miles of 95% of people in the UK, Isle of Man, Guernsey and Jersey.

The interactive map at the link below shows each of the 1,019 communities the Flame will be carried through. Places of triathlon interest include Dewsbury, the birthplace of Alistair Brownlee, Helen Jenkin’s home of Bridgend and an overnight stint in Bristol, home of 220.
