Gore calling for Alpine Quattrathlon participants

Gore calling for participants for its four-day multisport adventure

The latest Gore-Tex Experience Tour is inviting participants to join a special outdoor alpine event: its Alpine Quattrathlon. On four consecutive days, multisport athletes will make their way through four different countries while engaging in four sporting disciplines.

The good news is that, from 1st March 2014, anyone who is looking for an Alpine adventure can register at www.experience-tour.com.

Taking place from 24 to 27 July 2014, the latest Gore-Tex Experience Tour demands multisporting skills and involves road biking, mountain biking, trail running and road running. Stoney mountain paths, long distances and brace themselves for steep uphill climbs. As they make their way through Austria, Germany, Switzerland and Italy they’ll be in good company: 2008 Olympic triathlon gold medalist Jan Frodeno will be generating that extra motivation in the participants while offering performance tips.

Four days – four countries – four disciplines

Distance 25km
Elevation gain 1,200m

Stage 2 Road Bike

Stage 3 Mountain Bike
