It was a British one-two-three at the Alpe d’Huez Long Course Triathlon earlier this week, with Cat Morrison taking women's gold for the second time with a time of 6:19:37.
Our current 220 cover star Lucy Gossage nabbed silver less than ten minutes later, while bronze was taken by Parys Edwards, who was third-fastest age-grouper overall at the WTS World Champs in London last September.
In the men’s race, Aussie athlete Todd Skipworth claimed the win in 5:51:33, followed by Albert Moreno (ESP) and Gwenael Ouilleres (FRA).
