As well as a brand new triathlon club (Carlisle-tri), Cumbria now has a new multisport event for athletes to tackle.
As well as a brand new triathlon club (Carlisle-tri), Cumbria now has a new multisport event for athletes to tackle.
The Carlisle Duathlon on 13 September 2009 features a 4K run/25K cycle and final 4K run on quiet country roads to the west of the city.
Although suitable for all abilities the organisers are particularly keen to attract newcomers to the world of multisport. Entry forms and race information can be found at www.carlisle-tri.co.uk.
