Nike Flyknit Lunar2

Shoe giants launch latest incarnation of best-selling shoe

Nike Flyknit Lunar2

One of Nike’s best-selling running shoes has been updated for 2014, with the Flyknit Lunar2 running shoes getting an outsole redesign and coming in two colourways.

The micro-engineered Flyknit upper is billed as offering high breathability, stretch and support where needed most, along with Flywire cables to cradle the foot and provide maximum support.

Lunarlon foam is claimed to deliver a more natural stride and fluid ride, with Nike using pressure map data to create a new outsole for the update that closely matches how the foot naturally moves through its stride.

The Flyknit Lunar2 is billed as a lightweight neutral shoe built for all types of runners, with the men’s version available in volt/white-blue glow, and the women’s coming in atomic orange/white-purple (pictured).

It will be available from 6 February for £135.
