Headband Tech BUFF® – first look

Funky new headbands made with heat-regulating fabric

Aside from making those of us who grew up in the ’80s feel like the Karate Kid, these new tech headbands from purveyors of technical multi-use neckwear BUFF® are actually pretty useful.

Made with their Outlast technology, the headbands are designed to absorb, store and release heat when necessary to help achieve optimal temperature and humidity control. Extra-flat and welded seams mean there is minimal friction against the skin, while a reflective logo on the front and details on the back increase visibility. Not only that, but it does a pretty nifty job of keeping both hair and sweat out of your eyes when running!

Seven designs are available from www.buffwear.co.uk and most good outdoor retailers. SSP £17.50.
