Clif Shot Electrolyte Cranberry-Razz

Proving the classic idiom that you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover is this tiny tub from Clif that packs 21 servings into its petite pot. Each 43g serving contains an 8% carbohydrate concentration, plus 20% of your recommended daily sodium and 5% of your daily potassium intakes, supporting its electrolyte bias. Clif claim that 8% is the optimal concentration, which conflicts the research-proven 6% optimal level, but either can be achieved by tweaking the dose.

The drink experience offers a medium level of flavour intensity and a salty finish, which you may find tough on the stomach but is firmly in keeping with its electrolyte name. Worth noting for the greens out there is that, with the Shot range (the other flavour is Lemonade), Clif are one of the pioneers of including organic ingredients in electrolyte drinks.
