Highlights of this year's Xterra England will air on Channel 4 on Saturday 12 October, with organisers expecting a rush in entries for 2014 immediately afterwards.
The 30-minute programme will start at 7.30am, before moving to repeats across the Channel 4 network (E4 et al), Sky Sports and Eurosport.
Highlights will include the Xterra England Championship triathlon, won by Ben Allen and Jacqui Slack, as well as action from the Xterra Sprint Triathlon, all taking place on the Vachery Estate in Surrey.
Next year's race will be held on 23/24 August, with a new women-only Super Sprint added to the roster and 40 age-group places for the Xterra World Championships in Hawaii up for grabs.
