The organisers of Xterra England Championships have confirmed that next year's instalment will take place on 23-24 August, 2014, with defending champions Ben Allen and Jacqui Slack already confirmed to return to the Vachery Estate in Surrey.
Tickets go on sale at 9am tomorrow (18 September, 2013), with the full race schedule to include the Xterra England Championship triathlon, Xterra Sprint Triathlon, Xterra Super Sprint Women’s Only Race, Xterra Warrior 10km/15km trail runs, 1,500m and 3,000m big swims.
The big event – the Xterra England Championship triathlon – will involve a 1.5km swim through a spring-fed lake, 30km off-road mountain biking course and 10km trail run. Also up for grabs are 40 age-group slots for the world championships, held later in the year in Maui, Hawaii.
