A male and female will win a training day with Team Dillon. 220 Coach of the year Michelle Dillon will be put you through your paces with world-class athletes Jodie Stimpson and Stuart Hayes. This will include a tough track and swim session all in one day.

The male and female winner’s of the Team Dillon competition will be announced on 19 June on the Team Dillon website and the training day will take place on 3 July.
