Wetsuit maker Zone3 launching updated Vanquish at The Triathlon Show

2014 suit features more refined panel design and new shoulder panels to provide more flexibility to triathletes

British wetsuit brand Zone3 will be launching the new 2014 version of its high-end Vanquish at the Triathlon Show this weekend.

The new design is claimed to offer improved buoyancy and body position in the water, thanks in part to a 5mm moulded buoyancy roll bar on the chest that allows an improved body position in the water along with increased body rotation.

Zone3 also say it gives better flexibility thanks to the use of advanced 40 cell Yamamoto neoprene, as well as the inclusion of a new shoulder panel stretching from wrist to wrist, along with an extended area of #40 SCS on the side panels.

These new features join existing ones like 'solo spot' catch panels on the forearms for an improved catch in the water, pro speed cuffs and an upwards break-away zip.

Pre-orders are available now for the 2014 Vanquish and the suits arrive in the UK at the end of March, costing £425. Stockist details can be seen on www.racezone3.com.
